The Conegliano Classica APS association aims to promote musical culture, addressing all those who appreciate chamber music performed in the places where it originated. This commitment is reflected in its ability to make high-level musical performance both simple and accessible, allowing the listener to become an active participant in the experience.
Our mission
We aim to nurture those aspects of music that evoke, in each of us, in a direct and personal way, the feelings of beauty, fulfilment, joy and serenity that make all the difference to a collective experience of well-being and shared enjoyment.
We like to remind ourselves that excellence requires both talent and dedication to study, supported by a methodological approach that embraces solo performance, in order to highlight the musician’s passion for conveying the knowledge and emotions that only music can evoke in the soul.
These elements form the foundation of our programme, which, in the first season of Rencontres Musicales festival, will feature outstanding and distinctive performers from the international music scene.

The International Chamber Music Festival
The international chamber music festival Rencontres Musicales was conceived by Maestro Paolo Tagliamento, an internationally renowned violinist, with the aim of creating a musical workshop of the highest artistic and educational standard in Conegliano.
The festival is inspired by Maestro Paolo Tagliamento’s friendships and musical collaborations with leading professors and accomplished young artists. It takes the form of a week of chamber music sessions, during which internationally renowned maestros and professors collaborate with some of the most promising young musicians on today’s international scene, sharing knowledge, rehearsals, and concerts in a musical exchange of the highest calibre.
